IISc Professor Elevated to IEEE Fellow (Class of 2026)

We congratulate Prof Mayank Shrivastava on being elevated to the prestigious grade of IEEE Fellow, effective 1 January 2026. This honour recognises Prof Shrivastava’s outstanding contributions to the field of electronic devices and semiconductor technologies.

This distinction is one of the highest professional recognitions awarded by the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE), reserved for individuals with an extraordinary record of accomplishments in IEEE fields of interest.

Prof Shrivastava is the only faculty member from IISc to be named an IEEE Fellow in the 2026 cohort.
