Convocation 2025


  • Convocation for the year 2025 is scheduled to be held on Friday, 11th July 2025.
  • Award of medal to the respective winners shall be held at JN Tata Auditorium in the forenoon session wherein Chief Guest Prof. Manjul Bhargava, Professor of Mathematics at Princeton University shall preside over the function.
  • Divisional-wise degree distribution shall be held at designated Halls/Auditoriums on the afternoon of 11th July 2025. The exact venue shall be intimated in due course of time.
  • Considering space constraints, 500 students shall be allowed to seat inside the JN Tata Auditorium on first-cum-first serve basis in the forenoon session.
  • The first-cum-first serve basis is restricted to students only and their guests will be accommodated at the respective degree award venues.
  • Please click here for List of medal winners for the year 2025 . This list will be supplemented by the medal winners list of UG and concurrent degree award medal winners in the due course.
  • The list of degree awardees shall also be uploaded on the portal shortly.
  • The registration link shall be sent to all concerned on or after 15th June 2025.
  • The registration shall be closed by 4th July 2025.
