परिपत्र/CIRCULAR 

It is proposed to conduct July – November 2020 session of Hindi Prabodh, Praveen, Pragya and Parangat classes at the Institute to train the permanent employees in Official Language.

The classes will commence from 10.08.2020. Eligibility criteria are given in the following table:

The above training will be given online through Microsoft Teams App  

Name of the Course	Period	Eligibility
Prabodh	July to November 2020	Official whose Hindi knowledge is below primary (5th Std) level and whose mother tongue is Tamil/Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam they can take admission in this course.
Praveen	As above	This is the secondary level course Officers/Employees who have passed the Prabodh examination and whose mother tongue is Marathi, Sindhi, Gujarati, Maithili, Santhali, Bodo, Dogri, Nepali, Bengali, Assamese and Oriya and do not possess the knowledge of Hindi of Middle level, they can seek direct admission in this course.
Pragya	As above	This is for all such Officers/ Employees who have passed the Praveen Examination or who possess the knowledge of Hindi of Middle/Secondary level or whose knowledge of Hindi is below matriculation or Tenth class level. Kashmiri, Punjabi , Urdu and Pashto speaking officers/employees can seek direct admission in the Pragya level training program
Parangat	As above	A per O.M.No.12012//03/2015-O.L(Policy) Dated 22/04/2015 all  Officers/Employees of all the Ministries/Dept. Of Government of India/Subordinate and attached offices/All Public Sector owned or controlled by Central Govt/ Statutory Org/Enterprises/Agencies/corporations etc. Will be eligible to this course who possess “working Knowledge of Hindi.”

परिपत्र/CIRCULAR

स्थायी कर्मचारियों को प्रशिक्षित करने के लिए संस्थान द्वारा प्रबोध, प्रवीण, प्रज्ञा एवं पारंगत पाठ्यक्रमों का जुलाई से नवम्बर, 2020 सत्र चलाने का प्रस्ताव है। कक्षाएँ दिनांक 10.08.2020 से प्रारम्भ होंगी। प्रशिक्षण की संक्षिप्त जानकारी निम्नलिखित टेबल के अनुसार होगा:

 उपरयुक्त प्रशिक्षण माइक्रोसॉफ्ट  टीम्स ऐप  के माध्यम से ऑनलाइन (Microsoft Teams App) दिया जाएगा।  

पाठ्यक्रम का नाम	अवधि	पात्रता
प्रबोध	जुलाई –नवम्बर 2020	जिनका हिन्दी ज्ञान पांचवी कक्षा के स्तर से कम है ऐसे सभी कर्मचारी /अधिकारी प्रबोध प्रशिक्षण के लिए पात्र हैं। तमिल, कन्नड, तेलुगू, मलयालम भाषा-भाषी प्रवेश ले सकते हैं।
प्रवीण	उपरोक्त	यह पाठ्यक्रम माध्यमिक एलटीएचआर का है। इसमें प्रबोध परीक्षा उत्तीर्ण तथा मराठी , गुजराती , मैथिली, संथाली, बोडो,डोगरी, नेपाली, बंगाला, असमिया और उडिया भाषा भाषी अधिकारी/कर्मचारी जिन्हें माध्यमिक स्तर तक की हिन्दी का ज्ञान नहीं है, सीधे प्रवेश ले सकते हैं।
प्राज्ञा	उपरोक्त	यह उन सभी अधिकारेयोन/ कर्मचारियों के लीलये है, जो प्रवेन पास कर चुके है या जिनकी मातृभाषा उर्दू, कश्मीरी, पंजाबी तथा पश्तो है और जिनका हिन्दी का ज्ञान मैट्रिक या दसवीं कक्षा से कम है, प्रशिक्षण हेतु प्राज्ञा है।
पारंगत	उपरोक्त	केंद्र सरकार के सभी मंत्रालयों/विभागों तथा उनके संबंध तथा अधीनस्थ कार्यालयों, केंद्र सरकार के स्वामित्व अथवा नियत्रणाधिन सार्वजनिक क्षेत्र के उपक्रमों/सांविधिक निकायों उद्यमों/ अभिकरणों/ निगम तथा राष्ट्रीयकृत बैंकों के हिन्दी में कार्यसाधक ज्ञान प्राप्त सभी कार्मिक पारंगत पाठ्यक्रम के प्रशिक्षण हेतु पात्र होंगे (कार्यालय ज्ञापन फा सं- 12012/03/2015 –राभा (नीति)दिनांक 22.04.2015 के अनुसार।
