In case the candidate is unable to appear for the counselling/admission in person, the candidate's representative may attend with proper authorization.

Offers were made to general category applicants selected with ranks of up to 250, 3 and 250 for the KVPY-SA, SB and SX streams respectively.
Offers were made to all OBC(NCL) category applicants selected in KVPY SA , SX streams and up to Rank 8 in KVPY SB stream.
Offers were made to SC category applicants selected with ranks of up to 74 for KVPY-SA-E and 154 for KVPY-SX-E streams.
Offers were made to all ST category applicants selected in KVPY-SA-E and KVPY-SX-E streams.
Offers were also made to PwD category applicants selected with ranks of up to 4 for the KVPY-SA-E and KVPY-SX-E streams.

Candidates attending spot counseling are required to note that the number of seats is limited. If you are selected, you will be required to complete the admission formalities including payment of admission fees on the same day and begin attending the classes immediately. The cut off NEET All India Rank(Overall Rank) for shortlisted candidates in different categories in the NEET(UG) stream are: 280(General); 8000(OBC-NCL); 8000(SC); 16000(ST), 8000(KM) and 8000(PH).

Spot admission offers will be made to JEE-MAIN candidates in the OBC-NCL, KM and PH category whose marks are between 200 to 229 in the JEE-MAIN exam. This process will be held from 10:00 AM to 12:30 PM on 5th August, 2016. If you are selected, you will be required to complete the admission formalities including payment of admission fees on the same day and begin attending the classes. Candidates attending spot counseling on 5th August, are required to note that since the number of seats is limited, the chances of getting admission will also be limited. In particular, you are not guaranteed admission.

All OBC, SC and ST candidates qualified in the KVPY-SB streams were offered admission.
The cut off marks for shortlisted candidates in different categories in the JEE (Main) stream are: 295(General); 230(OBC-NCL); 225(SC); 108(ST), 200(KM) and 230(PH).

Among the above shortlisted candidates, those who have secured less than 180 marks in JEE(Main) need to attend interview on July 15th , 2016 at 9AM in the UG Office, IISc. Bangalore.
